Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners.
The delivery charge for your order is calculated and shown at checkout (from Rs. 250).
Orders above Rs. 15,000 ship free.
Timelines depend on the courier and your city. The current estimate is confirmed when your order is placed — we do not advertise a guaranteed date we cannot control.

Returns & warranty

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or not working as described, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Manufacturer warranty applies to products that carry one; we will guide you through the claim.

Items must be returned in the condition they arrived, with accessories and packaging.

FAQ

Are the products original?: We list brand and model on every product. If you receive something that does not match the listing, contact us immediately.
Can I track my order?: Yes — track an order with the link from your confirmation, or open your orders.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?: Cash on delivery is available where the courier supports it. Other methods appear at checkout only when the shop has configured them.

Stock is confirmed when an order is accepted; if an item is unavailable we will contact you.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support with the order number.
